High court keeps in abeyance October 8 order, asks government to go ahead with disposal of Carbide ash in 2 months

A Madhya Pradesh High Court division bench has put on hold a previous order that stayed the disposal of 800 metric tons of toxic ash from the Union Carbide plant. The court directed the government to proceed with disposal within two months, consulting an expert committee, as per an earlier directive.
