Is this Brexit? Europeans will be allowed into Britain to work as waiters, baristas and au pairs

Plans are under way for a youth mobility scheme that would allow young adults from the continent to work in the UK for two years as baristas, au pairs and waiters. Any agreements would be reciprocal.
