Anyone have success builking on a keto diet? I am currently bulking on a pretty high carb diet. It is working well but I never feel 100. My stomach and digestive track are always torn up. It works but my body seems prefer less carbs for normal fuction I feel much better on keto then not. Id like to actually bulk on a keto diet but I just dont see alot of info out there on that.
Any thoughts, input, experiences etc... are appreciated. Thanks in advance, Steve
