US congressional panel on China suggests Nato+ status for India
The US congressional committee has proposed adding India to Nato+5, a group of close American allies, to deter Chinese military aggression against Taiwan. The committee also suggested coordinating economic sanctions with the Quad, an Indo-Pacific-centric group comprising the US, India, Japan, and Australia.
