Ugandan Olympian Rebecca Cheptegei set on fire in apparent gender-based attack

Ugandan distance runner Rebecca Cheptegei is in intensive care in Kenya after her boyfriend doused her in petrol and set her on fire. She reportedly sustained 80% burns in the attack. Our analyst says it's part of an epidemic of gender-based violence in Africa.
