Lights Go Out As Trump Expresses Faith in Intel

Lights in the White House Cabinet Room went out for a moment Tuesday, just as President Trump was expressing his 'full faith' in US intelligence agencies. The president called it 'strange' and joked the intel agencies must have been responsible. (July 17)
