Sierra Leone: Challenger Julius Maada Bio narrowly wins presidential election
Sierra Leone's election watchdog has declared opposition candidate Julius Maada Bio the winner of the country's presidential election. Bio narrowly defeated the ruling All People's Congress candidate Samura Kamara.
