Rwanda: Vote counting underway as polls close
A suspected Kenyan serial killer claims to have mutilated and murdered dozens of women over just a couple of years. Collins Khalusa was arrested while watching the Euro finals, after the bodies of nine women were found dumped in a quarry in Nairobi.
