Virginia county's "I voted" sticker designed by 9-year-old girl
Instead of the ordinary "I voted" stickers, voters in Culpeper County, Virginia were rewarded with a sticker featuring a unique design. The image, featuring Virginia and the American flag, were designed by a 9-year-old girl. CBS News national correspondent Chip Reid explains.
