Teen driver, 17, killed an off-duty police officer and his wife who were riding their motorcycle

Minnesota police officer Steven Nanney and his wife, Marilyn, both 51, were killed in the town of Blaine in June when their motorcycle collided with a pickup truck. A teenage girl has been charged.
