Israeli troops killed three Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants and wounded dozens in a shootout that erupted during an arrest raid in the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank Tuesday. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah party vowed to retaliate after the Israeli police operation.
