According to a young Nigerian identified as Quadri Olaken, the dispatch rider who works for a popular e-commerce company had reportedly ran after a customer and punched him in the face.
Olalekan who shared the video of the incident on Twitter alleged that the dispatch rider had punched the man because he rejected an item he delivered.

He claimed that the dispatch rider told the customer, who rejected the item because it was different from what he ordered, that it was an item from a third party.
In the video shared, it could be seen that passersby came to the customer's rescue after he was punched by the dispatch rider.
