We have educated Military officers, to work in public hospitals/school

anything emergency is under the control of military and police.

Military health worker have to come and work in public hospitals.. We use to have illiterate in the military and police. before, they have to raise the bar for entrance into the military and police.

Emergency service is under the military/police.  Public hospital is considered as emergency service.

the military has the power to break into public hospital and have its workers to work there.

the era of military/police illiteracy is over.
many of the officers have degrees and even phd. this way the military and police in future can phase out, civilian temporary workers JOESU etc.

Politician are mostly jobless people. The military most know that, you cant hand over large amount like health care and education into the hand of jobless people.

it is not like before when they dont have degree. Stop doing thing like people living in the 1960

When they cant find people who are regular medical officers, they have to use regular educated military officers to manage them
